First Communion Kit

It's been awhile but I finally have a new kit! It's a First Communion kit, for all those Communion pictures of your kids or grandkids. The kit also works great for their Baptism and Conformation pictures. Currently it is only at Designs in Digital, you will be able to find it at Just Digi Layout latter in the week.

I have a few more kits in the works (when don't I?) hopefully I will be able to get them done soon and in the store!!

Whimpy Choppers and myself teamed up for Designs In Digital's January Designing Duos kit. We created a little kit for you call Winter Love. It's great for Valentines Day and Winter pages.

Part 1 of Winter Love is by Tink's Trinkets and contains 16 papers, 1 bow, 3 snowflakes, 1 flower, 1 frame, 3 hearts, 1 heart teardrop, 2 rose ribbons, 1 tag, 2 ribbons, 1 angel with a heart, 1 snowflake cartoon, and 1 snowman.

Part 2 of this amazing duo kit is by Whimpy Chompers and it contains 10 papers, 1 alpha, 2 bows, 1 brad, 1 button, 1 star snowflake, 2 flowers, 1 frame, 1 doodle, 2 hearts, 1 belt, 4 ribbons, 1 snowflake, 1 string heart, 1 tab, 1 tag, and 1 wrap.

I had another assignment from Bannerwoman last week so you know what that means for you right? Another Freebie!!!! We had to test a chipboard style and then a glitter style. Both are supper cute here they are:
I had a lot of fun playing with them and coming up with your freebie. I decided to do another Alphabet for you. This one is called "Make it Pink, Make it Blue". Can you figure out where that name come from?

Yes, it's Sleeping Beauty! My favorite part of the story is where two of the three fairy godmothers, Flora and Merryweather, were fight over what color Aurora's dress should be, pink or blue! They go back and forth saying "Make it Pink" "Make it Blue".

Final Exams are over and now I only have to do this three more times! Once for Winter, Summer, and Fall 09! Then it's Graduation Day!!! I can't tell you how excited I am to be done! I need to get a move on now with the half done kits on my computer for you all!

It's Monday...Again

I am so not a Monday person, and to make matters worse it is still cold, still snowing, and still dark! When the alarm went off at 6am I just wanted to go back to bed!

Even though it's Monday I have some good news for you though the info on Santa's Digi Express has been released and it will be here this weekend!!! Hurray!!!!

So here it is:

I am so excited, you are going to get amazing stuff if you buy it! All the designers kits are supper cute, some might even surprise you as their kit is not their usual style. I just have to say that it is snowing outside. That little fact does not make me happy I am not a snow person. I would do just fine if I never had to deal with snow again (execpt on Christmas). So now that I said that, I can move on to the good stuff!

Incase you have forgotten I am on Mega-Doodle Inspired's Design Test Team. I get to check out all her new CU products before they hit stores! Pretty cool!

I just got finished test 3 new paper packs, Plaid, Diamonds, and Argyle. They are amazing! Here is what they look like:

You can expect them to be in stores sometime this week! I would so get them, they make life a lot easier!

Normally I would have done a freebie paper-pack for you but this weekend I have just run out of time. This Friday my sororoity had its Semi-Formal which ended up be just short of distaster. The story is long an complicated, and ends up being no one person fault. Yesterday, I was hard at work on my Santa's Digi Express for Designs in Digital. In all seriousness, all of us designers have a huge soft spot for this cause. We want to remind you to take care of yourself and your breast health. So, to further the fight against cancer, we split up into two teams for a very special Breast Cancer Awareness collaboration kit. You have heard about our little competition and now, we are revealing a teaser for you."

The kits cost $5 each and $100 of each kit sale goes to Susan G. Kman Foundation.

I have a few more pages that I have done I want to share with you.

I created these pages with the kit Kiwi Mochacion by Amanda Dykan it can be found Purple Paper Flowers

To creat this on I used the kit Miss Bling-Bling by MissVivi you can visit her blog here.

I used the kit Ladies Prefer Pink by Amanda Dykan at purplepaperflower and the templete is from the Templet Challenge by Chrissy W at Digital Candy.

Fotosbylisajo has some supper cute templets up still along with two quick pages from Ladybug Graphix beautiful kit Rainy Day. The pages are based off of her two layouts with Bella & Whispi. She also has her very first kit up as a freebie! Take a look it's supper cute and very springish!

I also have a two new kits but sorry they wont be available until after the Attitude Challenge I created at scrapbookflair is over. The kit is a little prize for everyone that completes the challenge, after the challenge is over then I will place the kits up as freebies here! You will either have to join or sit and wait!!

So Exciting! Sorry this is all I have time for for the rest of the weekend! I have a Sorority Formal that needs my attention this weekend! :)

Wow, It's been almost a week! Well in this past week I have looked into so many things and figured out millions of things! I hope that I will have so stuff to show you and maybe a freebie latter tonight or tomorrow!

Wow! Today flew by and I got nothing done!!! Today I had sorority stuff all day. It was our retreat day! :) One of the most fun days of the semester! And I have to say it was very succesful!! Got to love my sisters!

I am finally getting the hang of making my own scrabooking papers and embillishments!!!! I have been on the computer almost all day try to figure this out! Between cleaning, laundry, redoing my bedroom, my homework, and doing the new website for my sorority I am finially getting it! :)

Learning to Make My Own Stuff

I really enjoy scrapbooking. I started scrapbooking about two and half years ago. I was always looking at other peoples layout to get ideas for my own. One day while I was looking around I discovered digital scrapbooking. Now, I am a huge on photography and playing with my photos in photoshop so you can just image how I felt when I discovered that I can do my scrapbooks with photoshop on my computer! It was love at first site!! I was so unsure of what to do though so I download a few freebies and gave it try. Now I am hooked! I have even converted my mom and my grandma to digital scrpbooking! Now after a year of doing this I am looking to make my own digital scrapbook kits! It's not as easy as I thought it would be and I am very confused with the whole thing! I have no idea what to do! I have created a few pages but I still have no idea how I did them. I just got a few books and found so 'How-To's online and maybe I will get the hang of this........

I am so New to this so you will just have to forgive me while I get the hang of this!!! I just started to do digital scrapbooking. I have basically taught myself everything I know. I have just resently started to try and make my own stuff! Enough said for now!
